Emerald Heights Begins Construction On Courtyard Building In Washington State

Emerald Heights, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Redmond, Wash., will begin construction on a three-story addition.

The project will add 42 independent living units to the community, including one-bedroom, one-bedroom with a den, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom with a den options.

The 70,638-square-foot project will include a 35,703-square-foot underground parking structure.

Rice Fergus Miller (Bremerton, Wash.) is the architect on the project, which is expected to be completed in late 2023.
