Ciel Senior Living (Winter Park, Fla.) has started construction on Ciel of Rehoboth, a new senior living community in Rehoboth Beach, Del., according to Delaware Business Times.
The 144-unit project comprises 74 independent living units, 44 assisted living units, and a 26-unit memory care neighborhood. Amenities are set to include an on-site market, beauty salon and barbershop, theater, library, sunroom, fitness centers, multipurpose spaces, and resident lounges.
Meyer Architects (Ardmore, Pa.) is serving as the project architect, with GGA Construction (Middletown, Del.) as the general contractor and Davis, Bowen & Friedel (Milford, Del.) providing civil engineering services.
