Ciel Senior Living (Winter Park, Fla.) and development partner Redico (Southfield, Mich.) plan to build Ciel of Rehoboth, a new senior living community in Rehoboth Beach, Del., according to a news release.
The project comprises 144 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units. Planned amenities include on-site restaurants, a juice bar, beauty salon and barbershop, fitness and wellness center, library, theater, and game room.
The community is expected to open in 2028.
