The Winsberg At Green Cay CCRC Begins Construction In Boynton Beach, Florida

The $380 million project is being developed on 15 acres.

Nonprofit organization Green Cay Life Plan Village (Miami Beach, Fla.) has started construction on The Winsberg at Green Cay, a new continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Boynton Beach, Fla., according to citybiz.co.

The $380 million project comprises a 3-story, 510,000-square-foot community on a 15-acre campus that will house 189 independent living units and 32 assisted living and memory care units.

Planned amenities include multiple dining venues, a bar and bistro, fitness center, yoga studio, salon, theater, pickleball court, pool, and spa.

Greenbrier Development (Dallas) and BRP Senior Housing Management (Delray Beach, Fla.) are co-developers on the project, with Moss Construction (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) serving as construction manager.

Construction is expected to continue through 2028.
