Morning Pointe At Boones Creek Begins Construction In Johnson City, Tennessee

Morning Pointe Senior Living (Ooltewah, Tenn.) has started construction on Morning Pointe at Boones Creek in Johnson City, Tenn., according to Chattanoogan.com.

The project comprises a 20-acre campus to be developed in two phases, starting with a single-story community with 58 assisted living units and a 24-unit memory care neighborhood.

The first phase of the project, estimated to cost $18 million, is expected to be completed in late 2027.

The second phase will add 60 memory care units and a freestanding Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence.
