Nonprofit Saint Therese (St. Louis Park, Minn.) broke ground on Saint Therese of Corcoran in Corcoran, Minn., according to the website hometownsource.com.
The project’s initial phase will feature 153 residential units for independent living, assisted living, and memory care services.
Amenities will include dining areas, a chapel, wellness center with a pool, library, golf simulator, theater, outdoor amphitheater, and woodworking shop.
Situated on 13 acres, the project is slated to open in spring 2024.
