Aegis Living (Bellevue, Wash.) and real estate firm Ryan Companies U.S. Inc. (Minneapolis) are planning a new senior living community in Seattle, according to the website connectcre.com.
The five-story, 75,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care project will house 92 units and include dining areas and a movie theater.
Dahlin (Bellevue) will serve as the architect for the project, which is scheduled to be completed in early 2024.
