Lutheran Community Home Expands Footprint In Indiana

The community added a 55+ independent living building.

Lutheran Community Home in Seymour, Ind., has expanded with the addition of Walnut Manor, a  55+ independent living building, according to the website tribtown.com.

Walnut Manor includes 17 residential units, including 10 one-bedroom units and seven two-bedroom units.

The $8.7 million project also features a fitness room, lounge/library area, gathering room, restaurant, and bistro.

Indianapolis-based Summit Construction provided construction services for the project.
