Gardens Senior Living (Armada, Mich.) is planning The Gardens of Carleton in Carleton, Mich., according to the website monroenews.com.

Situated on 100 acres, the community will house 60 residential units as well as courtyard gardens and gardening therapy, including live walls with plants, herb gardens, and greenhouses.

The new community is scheduled to open in spring 2023.
