Operator Jennings (Garfield Hts., Ohio) broke ground on a 55+ independent living senior living community in Maple Heights, Ohio, according to the website freshwatercleveland.com.
Situated on 10 acres, the 53-unit community will include a mix of one- and two-bedroom units.
Amenities will include a community room with kitchenette and fireplace, a fitness room, and a patio overlooking the woods and wetlands.
The 50,800-square-foot is scheduled for completion in fall 2023.
The project team includes Hiti, DiFrancesco and Siebold Architecture and Interior Design (architect and interior designer; Cleveland).
