Two New Active Adult Senior Living Projects Planned For Georgia

Both independent living communities will be part of mixed-use developments.

Two new active adult independent senior living communities are being planned for Forsyth County, Ga., according to the website appenmedia.com.

Situated on 22.7 acres, the first project will comprise 113 units and be part of a mixed-use development.

The second project will be part of a 26.4-acre mixed-used development called Orchards Coal Mountain, and will house 66 units and outdoor amenities including pickleball courts and access to a local trail network.
