The Watermark at St. Peters, a 184-unit independent living community, in St. Peters, Mo., recently completed a renovation project.
The project upgraded several amenity spaces including the exercise room, activity room, indoor pool area, locker room, private theater, library, and family room. Additionally, the second-floor dining area and first-floor atrium were renovated, while new carpet, specialty trim, and paint were added in the corridors on three floors.
The project team included Impact Strategies, a St. Louis-based construction management, design/build, and general contracting services firm.
