MorningStar Senior Living (owner/operator; Englewood, Colo.) has completed an independent living expansion at MorningStar of Pasadena in Pasadena, Calif., according to Pasadena Now.
The 55+ community adds a 5-story, 89,328-square-foot building with 76 independent living units in a mix of studio and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 555 to 1,240 square feet.
Amenities include indoor and outdoor dining areas, a bistro, theater, fitness center, club room, pool and spa, terraces, and 87 underground parking spaces.
The new building connects at ground level to the existing community, which houses 116 assisted living suites and a 28-unit memory care neighborhood.
KTGY (Irvine, Calif.) is the architect on the project, with Aneka Interiors (Englewood, Colo.) serving as interior designer.
