The Commons In Lincoln, a New England Life Plan Community (NELPC; Lincoln, Mass.) managed by Benchmark Senior Living (Waltham, Mass.), is planning an expansion of its Lincoln, campus, according to a news release.
The project will add 28 independent living units. Two 3-story additions to the main building, Russell House, will house nine two-bedroom, two-bathroom units. Eleven one- and two-bedroom units will be added to another building, Flint House.
Plans also call for renovations to common areas in both buildings.
Additionally, eight cottage-style units will be built around the campus.
