Active adult community developer Del Webb (Phoenix) has set a grand opening for this spring for its independent senior living community, Del Webb at Barton Village, in Lebanon, Tenn., according to a news release.
The 55+ senior living community is part of a mixed-use development and features more than 700 homes, a 16,000-square-foot residents’ clubhouse, outdoor amphitheater, indoor and outdoor pools, and pickleball and bocce courts.
Situated on 240 acres, the project will also include activity and event rooms, a group exercise studio, grand hall ballroom, fitness center, walking trails, a dog park, and veterans’ park.
