Active adult community developer Del Webb (Phoenix, Ariz.) plans to build an independent senior living community, Del Webb at Barton Village, in Lebanon, Tenn., according to a news release.
The 55+ community will be part of the mixed-use, master-planned Barton Village and will consist of more than 700 residential units.
Set on 240 acres, the project also will include amenities such as an outdoor amphitheater, dog park, clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, and pickleball and bocce courts.
The project is expected to be completed in spring 2025.
