Evergreen Real Estate Group Begins Construction On Three Affordable Assisted Living Communities In Ohio

Each project comprises 120 units in a 3- or 4-story building.

Owner, developer, and management company Evergreen Real Estate Group (Chicago) has started construction on three new affordable assisted living communities in Ohio, according to the Dayton Daily News.

The communities are Green Oaks of Fairborn in Fairborn, Green Oaks of Grove City in Grove City, and Green Oaks of Walnut Creek in Columbus.

Each project is set to deliver 120 units—67 studio and 53 one-bedroom apartments—in a 3- or 4-story building. Units feature kitchenettes and private bathrooms.

Planned amenities include a fitness room, salon, game room, library, activity rooms, computer stations, and multiple communal lounges.

WJW Architects (Chicago) is designing all three communities, with The Douglas Company (Holland, Ohio) serving as general contractor.
