Chicago-based development, investment, and management firm Evergreen Real Estate Group has grown its national portfolio of affordable senior housing, according to a news release.
The firm takes over management of the 80-unit Bellwood Senior Apartments in Bellwood, Ill., and 154-unit Hickory Hollow Towers in Antioch, Tenn.
Evergreen was also the developer on Bellwood Senior Apartments, an independent living community that opened in December 2023.
