Codevelopers Woda Cooper Companies (Columbus, Ohio) and Parallel Housing Inc. (Athens, Ga.) have opened Timber Ridge, a new affordable senior living community in Davenport, Iowa, according to qctimes.com.
The 62+ community houses 52 units in a 3-story building. Amenities include a community room, in-unit laundry, and a barbecue/picnic area.
