Vineyard Park Senior Living (Mercer Island, Wash.) has broken ground on Vineyard Park Oro Valley in Oro Valley, Ariz., according to a news release.
Located near the Catalina Mountains, the senior living community is designed to house 18 independent living units, 113 assisted living units, and a 24-unit memory care neighborhood with 36 beds.
The project is expected to be completed in spring 2028.
