The Guy and Gina Simile Family Trust, a legal entity which manages Simile Construction (Modesto, Calif.), is seeking a permit to build a new assisted living community in Turlock, Calif., according to the Turlock Journal.

Plans for the Turlock Assisted Care Center include 82 assisted living units in a 2-story, 67,430-square-foot building. The community will replace a former clinic and pharmacy that dated to the 1950s.

The design features Craftsman-style architecture with a front-gabled roofline, decorative wooden roof beams, exposed rafter tails, and exterior paint colors intended to complement the surrounding neighborhood.
