The Seville, San Clemente, California

The Seville’s resort-style setting is designed to appeal to a growing number of retirees in the San Clemente, Calif., area.

The 2-story, 80,531-square-foot community offers 87 residences to accommodate various levels of care, from assisted living to memory care.

To foster a relaxed yet sophisticated ambiance, the interior design showcases natural textures such as grass cloth and linen, as well as a fresh color palette including ocean blues and sage greens, paying homage to the coastal ocean vibes of California.

Luxury amenities

Opened in September 2024, The Seville houses a range of luxury amenities, including a movie theater, tended beer and wine bar, cocktail lounge, chef-led restaurant, fitness center and pool as well as concierge, housekeeping, and laundry services.

Three landscaped courtyards promote outdoor enjoyment and community engagement.
