NorthStar Georgetown, a 55+ active adult community in Georgetown, Texas, blends traditional and contemporary styles as well as casual and formal settings, all while offering opportunities for both relaxation and engagement.
Opened in January, the 298,800-square-foot community includes 210 units, a central community space, and a pool with open-air amenities including a bocce ball court, outdoor kitchen, performance area, shaded fire pit, pickleball courts, a dog park, and several walking paths. It was designed by Pi Architects (Austin, Texas) and Pat Berry Design LLC (Austin).
An ample covered porch area shields outdoor guests and allows indoor festivities to spill out into the spacious courtyard. The shaded outdoor kitchen by the pool provides counter space for large banquets right off a clubhouse porch, connecting indoor and outdoor dining spaces.
