Located within Woodland Hills, Calif., an area that is part of a specific plan that encourages infill development to create a vibrant, urban, walkable neighborhood, Wisteria at Warner Center offers residents a chance to live in that setting with all the amenities associated with a life plan community.

With abundant oversized courtyards, the six-story community connects with the neighborhood around it, encouraging interaction among residents and neighbors.

Independent living residents (566 units), designed by KTGY have access to nearly 60,000 square feet of amenity space located at the heart of the building. Amenities include a restaurant with two distinct dining venues, activity spaces, card room, bar/lounge, library, billiards, multiuse pavilion, a movie theater, and performing arts auditorium.

The health center, designed by VTBS Architects includes assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. It’s located at the back of the site and provides individualized amenities and support service spaces while housing 91 units and 110 beds. Residents and their visiting friends and family members are able to use the amenity space in the surrounding community, as well.
