Meridian Senior Living LLC and NexCore Group LLC have entered into partnership in the development of Walnut Crossing, a new assisted living and memory care community that will be located in Marysville, Ohio.
The new community is expected to break ground in fall 2016, with completion anticipated in October 2017. In total, Walnut Crossing will offer 52 assisted living beds and 28 memory care beds.
The design and layout of Walnut Crossing will provide comfort and care to area seniors. Amenities will include an art room, theater, wellness center, salon, café, all-day dining, as well as special interest and wellness. In addition, Walnut Crossing will feature lush gardens and give residents the opportunity to do some gardening themselves.
