Nonprofit housing developer United Church Homes (Marion, Ohio) plans to redevelop the former Longfellow School as Longfellow Community Commons, a LGBTQ-friendly senior living community in Dayton, Ohio, according to a website for the community.

Located on a 3-acre campus, the $50 million project will include 125 one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 800 square feet to 1,800 square feet for residents 55 and older.
