Phoenix Senior Living (Roswell, Ga.) has completed a new 107,000-square-foot senior living community in Hammond, La.
The Phoenix at Hammond includes 63 assisted living and 23 memory care units.
Amenities include a game room, outdoor fireplace and kitchen, bocce court, life-size chess board, walking paths, library, bistro, pub, salon, gym, and garden room.
The project team comprises Reese Vanderbilt & Associates (architect; Sandy Springs, Ga.) and Ratcliff Construction (general contractor; Alexandria, La.).
