The project comprises 80 apartments, including 74 one-bedroom units and six two-bedroom units, in a 3-story building located next to an existing senior center.
The Richman Group (Greenwich, Conn.) is co-developing the project with the city. The project team also includes Biltform Architecture Group (Phoenix) as architect, EOS Builders (Phoenix) as general contractor, and Atwell Engineering (Mesa, Ariz.) providing engineering services.
Construction is expected to be completed in 2027.
