Construction of Talamore Senior Living Woodbury in Woodbury, Minn., is underway.
Developer Ryan Companies US Inc. (Minneapolis), real estate firm Great Lakes Management (Plymouth, Minn.), and investment manager Artemis Real Estate Partners (Chevy Chase, Md.) are partnering on the four-story, 245,00-square-foot community, which will include 90 independent living units, 70 assisted living units, 26 memory care units, and 14 care suites.
Residents will have access to multiple dining venues as well as a library, wellness/telehealth center with fitness areas, spa and salon, club room, and activity room.
The project team includes Ryan Architecture + Engineering (design architect, interior design, landscape architecture, and civil engineering; Tampa, Fla.) and UrbanWorks (architect; Minneapolis).
