Senior housing developer Spirit Living Group (Larkspur, Calif.) submitted plans to the Marin County, Calf., government for a new assisted living and memory care community in Strawberry, Calif., according to thearknewspaper.com.
The proposed project consists of a 5-story, 120-unit community on 3.1 acres of a 6.6-acre property.
Seventy-one units will be for assisted living residents, and 49 units will be in a memory care neighborhood.
Trachtenberg Architects (Berkley, Calif.) is the project designer.
