Construction has started on Serenity Gardens, a new affordable senior living community in Miami Gardens, Fla., according to hoodline.com.
The 153-unit project comprises 138 one-bedroom and 15 two-bedroom apartments in a new 8-story midrise building. Planned amenities include a fitness center, computer center, library, walking trails, gazebo, and pool.
