Otterbein SeniorLife (Lebanon, Ohio) is planning a small house senior living neighborhood in Lakeside-Marblehead, Ohio.
The Cornerstone Cottage at Marblehead will offer skilled nursing and memory care, with up to 10 residents in each unit.
The community is expected to open in June 2020.
