City officials wielded ceremonial shovels earlier this month to kick off construction of the Missouri Slope North Campus, a skilled nursing facility and Town Center in Bismarck, N.D. Roers Construction and Development teams will work collaboratively with Pope Architects and Missouri Slope Lutheran Care Center on the initial phase of the project.
Missouri Slope is the largest locally owned and operated non-profit long term care organization in the Bismarck/Mandan community. Missouri Slope’s current facility has served the community for 52 years. Phase I is anticipated to be completed by October 2021. Phase 2 will consist of base care, including 130 basic nursing beds. Phase 3 will add 60 apartments for independent living options.
