Active Senior Concepts (Forsyth, Ga.) and Jacoby Acquisitions (Atlanta) are planning a mixed-use senior living community in Hoover, Ala., according to an article in hooversun.com.

Situated on 64 acres, the 563,000-square-foot Celebration Village will include seven neighborhoods with 56 bungalows for 55+ active adults, 42 independent living cottages, 60 independent living villas, 102 concierge living apartments, 67 assisted living units, 29 memory care suites, and 20 personal care units.

A 10,000-square-foot medical building, which will include on-site home health services, and a 4,000-square-foot spa and wellness center are also planned, as well as a 30,000-square-foot Celebration Village Club featuring a restaurant, bistro, tavern, health club, nail salon, and craft, hobby, and game room.

Residents will also have access to pickleball and bocce courts, a pavilion with grilling stations, firepits, putting green, walking paths, children’s playground, and community gardens.
