The City of Tucson (Tucson, Ariz.), nonprofit El Pueblo Housing Development (Tucson), and consultant Sabino Housing (Tucson) broke ground on Milagro on Oracle, a new affordable senior living community, in Tucson, according to the website newsazpm.org.
The community will include 63 residential units, 19 of which will be used for permanent supportive housing for homeless seniors.
The project team will comprise architect Poster Mirto McDonald (Tucson) and real estate developer Gorman & Company (Oregon, Wis.).
Milagro on Oracle is slated to open in 2025.
