Owner and operator Keystone Senior (Indianapolis) is planning to celebrate the grand opening of Keystone Place at Magnolia Commons in Glen Carbon, Ill., according to the website kmov.com.
The $45 million, 180,000 square-foot community will include 79 independent living units, 43 assisted living units, and 20 memory care units.
The four-story community will offer independent living and assisted living dining rooms, a movie theater, salon, pub, bistro, fitness center, and activity rooms.
Holland Construction Services (Swansea, Ill.) is the general contractor for the project.
