Joint Venture Plans Fellowship At Wildlight In Florida

The Fellowship Family and Ambling Property Investments is developing the project as part of a mixed-use development.

Senior services provider The Fellowship Family (Valdosta, Ga.) and property management firm Ambling Property Investments (Atlanta) are planning Fellowship at Wildlight. It will be part of a mixed-use development in Yulee, Fla., according to the website jaxdailyrecord.com.

Situated on 16 acres, the community will comprise 24 memory care units, 48 assisted living units, 125 independent living units, and six cottages. It will join existing residential homesites, multifamily apartments, a town center, University of Florida Health (UF Health), and YMCA health and wellness facilities.

The project team will include ETM (design consultant; Yulee), Stewart & Conners Architects (architect; Charlotte, N.C.), Niles Bolton Interiors (interior designer; Atlanta), and Elkins Construction (construction; Jacksonville, Fla.).

Completion for Fellowship at Wildlight is expected in 2025.
