Oakmont Management Group (Irvine, Calif.) is preparing to open The Ivy at Blue Oaks in Roseville, Calif., by winter 2024, according to the website for luxury senior living community.
The project consists of 104 independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments, a fitness center, movie theater, bar and lounge, and technology center.
Outdoor amenities include two courtyards, a firepit, walking paths, yoga pavilion, chef’s garden, and bird aviary.
The memory neighborhood houses a sound garden and sensory lounge, providing immersive activities and experiences designed to stimulate residents’ senses.
Oakmont Management Group owns both the Ivy Living and Oakmont Senior Living brands, with 90 senior living communities in California and two in Las Vegas.
