The Shreveport Housing Authority has started construction on Bayou Grand IV, a new affordable senior living community in Shreveport, La., according to klax-tv.com.
The project comprises 70 affordable senior living units.
Construction is expected to take 12-14 months, with residents moving in by late 2027.
