Everbrook Senior Living (Southampton, Mass.) is planning to open Islebrook Village at Wiscasset, a new independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in October, in Wiscasset, Me., according to the website lcnme.com.
The $30 million project will include the renovation of a former school building and an adjacent newly constructed building.
The 105-unit community facility will include a balcony, one bathroom per bedroom, as well as a kitchen. Plans also call for dedicated employee housing on the second floor of the renovated building.
Residents will have access to a fitness center, juice bar, movie theater, library, salon, chapel, dining rooms, and pub, as well as social, health, education, music, and art activity spaces.
