Environments for Aging announced the winners of its 15th Annual Remodel/Renovation Competition, a program that celebrates outstanding work in reimagining a single space within a senior living community.
A jury of 15 industry experts, including architects, interior designers, consultants, and providers, determined this year’s Gold, Silver, and Bronze award winners.
Here are the winning projects:
Gold
Wesley on Grand, Chamberlain Main Floor Fireside (Des Moines, Iowa), submitted by Pope Design Group
Silver
RiverWalk by RiverSpring Living, Bar & Restaurant (Riverdale, N.Y.), submitted by MDP | Merlino Design Partnership, Inc.
Bronze
The Garlands of Barrington, The Galleria (Barrington, Ill.), submitted by EUA (Eppstein Uhen Architects)
Winners will receive special recognition at the 2024 Environments for Aging Conference + Expo to be held April 13-16, 2024, at the Cobb Galleria Centre, in Atlanta. Coverage of the Remodel/Renovation Competition will be published in the Winter 2023 issue of EFA.
