Brightview Senior Living Plans Intergenerational Community On College Campus

Developer, owner, and operator Brightview Senior Living (Baltimore) is planning a senior living community on the campus of Notre Dame of Maryland University (NDMU) in Baltimore, according to the website thedailyrecord.com.

The community will include 171 units for independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

Community resident will have access to campus resources like performances, art exhibits, and lectures while students gain access to mentors and intergenerational learning opportunities.

Situated on 3.7 acres, the project will incorporate a walking loop to connect the senior living community to the main NDMU campus and the greater community.

Construction on the project is scheduled to begin as early as 2024.
