Developer, owner, and operator Belmont Village Senior Living (Chicago) and international real estate developer and manager Greystar (Charleston, S.C.) opened Belmont Village Senior Living La Jolla in La Jolla, Calif.
The 17-story community includes 180 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units with studio and one- and two-bedroom options. Units feature private kitchens, spacious bathrooms, walk-in closets, washer-dryer units, and storage.
The community includes a Living Lab, a collaboration with UC San Diego’s Stein Institute for Research on Aging (La Jolla) that connects researchers with residents to study ways to improve their quality of life.
Amenities include an art studio, alfresco dining, fitness center, saltwater heated pool, and dog park.
