Watercrest Senior Living has broken ground on Watercrest of St. Lucie West Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in Port St. Lucie, Fla.
The 112,000-square-foot, 128-unit senior living community will open in fall 2017 featuring 102 assisted living and 26 memory care apartments with lakeside views.
Residents will enjoy amenities such as a multiple dining options, fireplace, signature water wall, pool, salon & spa, grand balconies, promenade, and Florida-style outdoor living spaces with water views.
The architect is D2 Architecture and Walker & Co. is leading construction. Preliminary construction at the site started earlier this summer.
