Greenlawn Manor Senior Living Community Opens In New Smyrna Beach, Florida

The New Smyrna Beach Housing Authority opened Greenlawn Manor, an affordable independent living senior community, as part of a multiphase development in New Smyrna Beach, Fla., according to The Dayton Beach News-Journal.

The three-story, 80-unit community consists of 65 one-bedroom units and 15 two-bedroom units, as well as a community kitchen, exercise room, computer lab, library, and screened porch.

The second phase of the project will add intergenerational living at the site, with three buildings offering 72 multifamily units.
