The 308,042-square-foot community, designed by architecture firm Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners (Lambertville, N.J.) and interior design firm Studio Six5 (Austin, Texas), integrates contemporary elements including a centrally located clubhouse with an expansive two-story lobby and common area and a dining terrace with an indoor/outdoor bar.
Mixed with these contemporary elements are more traditional architectural features designed to complement The Green master-planned campus, including wood beam ceilings and a partially brick façade. The community’s design offers a fresh and contemporary, yet comfortable, environment for seniors.
Residents have access to multiple dining venues, including a pub with full bar, private dining rooms, and a bistro. Additional amenity spaces include two multipurpose rooms, a club room/library, wellness area with a fitness center, theater/classroom, and arts and crafts studio.
