National real estate development firm Avenida Partners (Brentwood, Tenn.) began construction in Carrollton, Texas, on Avenida Carrollton, a 55+ active adult senior living community.
The project will include a 155-unit residential building, as well as 48 duplex and triplex cottages apartment homes with luxury flooring, quartz countertops, walk-in closets, and private patios and balconies.
Community amenities will include a 12,500-square-foot, two-story clubhouse with a lobby, great room, theater, and private dining room. A fitness center, creative arts studio, club room, bistro, overnight guest suite, private carports, and storage spaces are also planned.
Outside, residents will have access to a pickleball court, pool, dog run, courtyard area, and grilling and dining areas.
The project team comprises Meeks + Partners (architect; Houston), REES Associates (architect; Dallas), and KWA Construction (general contractor; Addison, Texas).
