Nonprofit senior services organization Lyngblomsten (St. Paul, Minn.) broke ground on a new continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Lino Lakes, Minn.
Situated on 20 acres, the project will include 20 detached rental townhomes and a multilevel senior living building with 96 independent living units, 34 assisted living units, and 17 memory care units. A second phase will add a skilled nursing wing.
The project team includes Wold Architects and Engineers (architecture; St. Paul), Weis Builders (general contractor; St. Paul), and Grand Real Estate Advisors (development advisor; St. Paul). Dane Allen Homes (Andover, Minn.) will serve as the townhome builder.
