Senior housing builder McAlpine Contracting (New York) has promoted Mark Montalvo to director of construction. Montalvo previously served as senior project manager; he will be based at the firm’s headquarters in Manhattan.
In his new role he will oversee the firm’s projects throughout the Northeast. His responsibilities will include management of estimating and bids, project logistics, construction activities, and closeouts.
