Ganzhorn Suites comprises 64 units designed using a household model, which includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, and library.
Amenities include courtyards with circular walking paths, a sunroom, beauty salon, barber shop, and spa.
The project team includes PH7 Architects (architect; Columbus) and Fortney & Weygandt Inc. (general contractor; North Olmsted, Ohio).
